Easel & Wheel Art Space is a place to enjoy a social experience & play with art in a new way. We are a boutique art/ceramic studio unlike any in Metro Detroit. A hip, decorative, comfy creative space with easy projects that fast-track a way to learn basic clay skills, but with a resulting piece that you can be proud of even if you have never touched clay before.

 

We masterfully hand-throw components from our pottery wheel for you to assemble, design and decorate. This still results in learning formal techniques, but with a nice piece that becomes one of your favorites!

We're located in the Social District near Main Street in downtown Royal Oak. We want to be a part of your night life, too, offering later classes geared toward having a great time with friends & dates.
